The 10th United Cities and Local Governments Asia-Pacific (UCLG ASPAC) Goyang 2025 Summit was held from 24 to 26 September 2025 in Goyang City, South Korea.
The summit was attended by approximately 807 delegates from 173 local governments in 27 countries, who shared experiences and sought solutions to common challenges, such as the climate crisis, economic recovery, and youth participation.
The Goyang Declaration outlines a vision for a “Sustainable Global Self-Reliant City,” encompassing economic resilience, urban growth, youth leadership, energy independence, and inclusive cities.
