APEKSI was present at the launch of the National Urban Policy (KPN) 2045, developed by the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas as a strategic reference for city development towards Golden Indonesia 2045. The forum, held at the Bappenas Building on Monday, September 15, 2025, provided a collaborative space to strengthen synergy between regions, encourage innovation, and share urban best practices.
The Chairman of the APEKSI Board of Directors and Mayor of Surabaya, Dr. Eri Cahyadi, shared the spirit of APEKSI cities to strengthen each other through collaboration, capacity building, and joint advocacy. He also cited Surabaya’s experience in digitalizing services, environmental management, and socio-economic empowerment, which other cities can replicate to create resilient, inclusive, and competitive cities.
