The series of events leading up to the 7th National Assembly (Munas) of the Association of Indonesian Municipal Governments (APEKSI) 2025 in Surabaya City officially commenced with the youth-focused event, Youth City Changers. The event began on May 6, 2025, attended by youth representatives and community activists from various APEKSI member cities across Indonesia. Their presence affirmed that the urban development agenda cannot be separated from the active role of the younger generation.
Youth City Changers served as a dynamic and fresh kick-off for the 7th National Assembly, providing a platform for future leaders to interact, network, and begin formulating their concrete contributions to more innovative and sustainable urban governance.
