The 2023 Mayor’s Wives Forum or Rasai was held by APEKSI and the Ternate City Government on 2-4 October 2023 in Ternate, Spice City. All the Mayor’s wives and staff from all over Indonesia attended this second workshop with the national theme “Refreshment in Friendship, Unity in Service” and the regional theme, “Women and Spices”.
The series of activities began with the Rasaikota Festival and Culinary Carnival at Taman Nukila which lasted for 3 days, connecting community creativity and traditional Indonesian cultural values in revitalizing and empowering the role of women in social life and various culinary offerings lasting for 3 days. In this area, there are city delegation booths that showcase the advantages of their respective regions and a place for cultural and arts actors on the stage of expression, as well as a place for sharing and talk shows including a pop market for MSME actors.
