ISC 2022 Day-1: Opening Ceremony, Forum I & II

 

APEKSI held a forum, exhibition, and training event in a series of Indo Smart City activities and the Heads of Bappeda Forum throughout Indonesia, on 12-14 October 2022 at Solo Technopark, Surakarta City, Central Java. This activity was organized by Apeksi together with PT Garindo Media Tama as the event organizer.

 

The Indo Smart City 2022 Forum, Expo, and Workshop, and the Heads of Bappeda Forum throughout Indonesia are fully supported by the Surakarta City Government as the host, and were also attended by Indonesian cities that are members of Apeksi, as well as stakeholders in the private sector who are also participating in the event. participate in this agenda.

 

On the first day of the agenda, Wednesday, October 12, 2022 the ISC 2022 series was attended by the Director General (Dirjen) of Regional Administration (Adwil) of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) Safrizal ZA representing the Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) Muhammad Tito Karnavian, as well as opening a series of Indo activities. Smart City 2022. This activity was also attended by the Chairman of the Apeksi Management Board, which is the Mayor of Bogor, Bima Arya Sugiarto, the Mayor of Surakarta, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, and other ranks of mayors.

 

After the remarks and opening, the agenda for the first day was continued with the ISC 2022 Forum.1 activities which discussed “Smart City Policies in Supporting Public Services”. In this forum, there was a presentation of material and a question and answer session held by the speakers, namely, Dwi Elfrida Martina Simanungkalit, Director General of Information Applications (Aptika) of the Ministry of Communication and Information, Zul Elfian, Mayor of Solok, Edi Rusdi Kamtono, Mayor of Pontianak, and Rini Rahmawati, Smart City Expert at Gadjah Mada University (UGM).

 

The agenda for the first day was followed by the 2nd ISC 2022 Forum which discussed “Integrated Smart Mobility” by the speakers, namely, Balqis Kusumawati, Intermodal Connectivity Infrastructure Coordinator at the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Kemenko Marves), and Hj. Fatmawati Rusdi, S.E., M.M., Deputy Mayor of Makassar represented by Dr. Ismawaty, Head of the Makassar City Government Cooperation Section.

 

The activities on the first day were carried out interactively, accompanied by questions and answers at the end of the forum, and also supported by the full enthusiasm of the mayors, as well as representatives of city governments throughout Indonesia who were present.
