PADANG, KOMPAS — The spirit of regional autonomy and local wisdom must be the main spirit in efforts to accelerate and recover the economy after the Covid-19 pandemic. Do not let the target of economic recovery make the authority of regional heads eroded by the central government.
This was one of the points revealed on the first day of the XV National Working Meeting (Rakernas) of the Association of Indonesian City Governments (Apeksi) in Padang City, West Sumatra, Monday (8/8/2022).
The chairman of the Apex Executive Board, Bima Arya Sugiarto, said in Padang that the city government would comply with all requests from the central government. However, there is a big note, namely the spirit of regional autonomy and local wisdom must be the main spirit.
