Strengthening Village Governance, APEKSI Attends the DPD RI BULD Strategic Dissemination in Senayan

 

JAKARTA – APEKSI (Regional Legislative Council) attended a crucial forum organized by the Regional Legislative Body (BULD) of the Regional Representative Council (DPD RI) at the Nusantara V Building, Senayan, on February 4, 2026. The event focused on disseminating DPD RI Decree Number 33/DPD RI/III/2025-2045, which concerns the results of the monitoring and evaluation of draft regional regulations and regulations related to village governance. Opened by the Speaker of the DPD RI, Sultan B. Najamudin, and chaired by the Chairman of BULD DPD RI, Stefanus B.A.N Liow, the meeting served as a platform for synergy between the central legislature and regional leaders.

 

The presence of APEKSI, along with other regional government associations (APPSI and APKASI), and the leadership of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD), emphasized the importance of collaboration across levels of government. This forum served not only as a means of disseminating policy but also as a space for stakeholders to share their views on regional policies. The active involvement of various village community organizations in the discussion demonstrated a spirit of inclusivity in formulating policy directions that truly reach the grassroots.

 

Through this dissemination, the Regional Representative Council (DPD) is committed to ensuring that regional legislation aligns with the central government’s mandate to create sovereign, empowered, and sustainable village governance. It is hoped that this strategic meeting will foster a collective understanding of regulatory harmonization. With strong coordination between the central and regional governments, administrative and operational challenges at the village level can be addressed, accelerating more equitable national development.
