
APEKSI and SETI held the Knowledge Management Forum (KMF) 2025 with the theme: “Towards Sustainable Cities Through the Implementation of Energy Transition in Buildings” on October 28-29, 2025, in Surabaya.
This event served as a catalytic platform to transform policy fragmentation into collaborative action, making green buildings not merely a symbolic commitment but the backbone of climate resilience in Indonesian cities.
Objectives
- Mapping the challenges of implementing the energy transition in buildings.
- Sharing knowledge and experiences regarding the development of practical innovations in energy transition issues, particularly in buildings.
- Building a broader collaborative network among stakeholders.
- Formulating integrated policy recommendations to accelerate the decarbonization of the building sector and develop a roadmap for the urban energy transition.
