The Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas held the 2024 SDGs Annual Conference (SAC) with the theme “Innovation towards a Golden Indonesia: The Linkage of Quality Education, Employment, and Green Industry”.
In the event, three Best Cities were selected for the City Government category through the Integrated Sustainability Indonesian Movement (I-SIM) for Cities 2024 program:

- Tangerang
- Tebing Tinggi
