The Governor of West Java together with the Chairman of the APEKSI Management Board/Mayor of Bogor conveyed to the Governor of Tokyo on March 3, 2023 at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building regarding human resources (HR) with special skills who are trained in their area to fill the difficulties of productive age workers in Japan and discuss problems Human resources faced by Japan today
Currently, Japan is experiencing a shortage of manpower because many of Sakura Country’s human resources are aging and the population level is small and receiving foreign human resources called Specified Skilled Workers who are ready to work in 14 industries such as maintenance, food service, construction, and so on.
In addition, the Chairman of the Governing Council also developed communication with the Governor of Tokyo to open up opportunities for cooperation with 98 cities in Indonesia with cities in Tokyo Province along with 60 mayors who are under the authority of Tokyo Province.
