APEKSI once again affirmed its commitment to human resource development through the launch of the APEKSI Internship Program, Batch 7. This iteration of the program is joined by six selected students or fresh graduates from various leading universities across Indonesia. The official Kick-Off of APEKSI Internship Batch 7 was held on August 11, 2025, marking the start of the assignment for these six young talents within the various APEKSI Directorates and Secretariat. The internship program is designed to provide real, in-depth work experience, allowing participants to directly engage with urban policy issues, government governance, and inter-city collaboration.
APEKSI Internship Batch 7 is a strategic investment by APEKSI in cultivating future professionals who possess a strong understanding of urban governance and the dynamics of regional autonomy. Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a practical context, contributing to the formulation of policy recommendations, and even engaging in the preparation of APEKSI’s national events. By involving top students and fresh graduates, APEKSI hopes to inject new perspectives and innovative ideas into the organization, while strengthening collaboration between academia and government in a joint effort to advance the development of cities across Indonesia.
