
JAKARTA. Katadata is holding the Indonesia Data and Economic Conference (IDE) 2025 with the theme “Data for Growth” on February 18, 2025 at the St Regis Hotel, Jakarta. APEKSI is present as an associate partner as a form of commitment to the synergy of regional governments and industry players in driving national economic growth.
IDE 2025 organized by Katadata is a meeting place for academics, industry players, students, and city governments to discuss and collaborate in utilizing and developing a data-based economy.
Some of the interesting main sessions in IDE 2025 include the launch of “Katadata Middle Income Report Launching: Indonesia’s Middle Income Class Amid Economy Uncertainty” presented by Katadata CEO Metta Dharmasaputra and Indonesian Deputy Minister of Finance Thomas Djiwandono, “Investment Strategy to Achieve 8% Economic Growth” by BI Head Danantara Muliaman Hadad, and “Indonesia’s Digital Policy Readiness: Balancing data Privacy and Governance” by Indonesian Minister of Communication and Digital Meutya Hafid. Optimizing data utilization helps Indonesia, especially cities, build a sustainable data-based economy.
