BALI — Climate Resilient and Inclusive Cities (CRIC) held the Expert Panel and Thematic Training #2 in Bali on 28-31 October 2024. This activity carries the theme ‘Towards Inclusive and Resilient Cities: Ecosystem and Waste Management for a Sustainable Future’.
APEKSI General Manager, Sri Indah Wibi Nastiti, attended and moderated one of the learning sessions in this activity. The session reviewed waste management and Integrated Resource Recovery Centers (IRRCs) by presenting the experiences of Denpasar City, Banyumas City, Banyuwangi, and Malang City.
Currently, CRIC is helping cities mainstream climate change mitigation and adaptation actions, as well as encouraging triangular cooperation between cities in Indonesia, Europe, and South Asia through the Expert Panel and Thematic Training. [FP/GS]
