In 2022, the Movement Towards Smart Cities (Smart City) will continue to involve 50 cities/regencies selected after going through a selection process that takes into account the readiness of digital and supporting infrastructure in the area.
50 cities/regencies assisted by a team of experts in the Movement Towards Smart Cities (Smart City) 2022 have successfully completed the smart city master plan. Because it was prepared based on the characteristics of each region, the master plan that was compiled was unique for each region.
As an appreciation for the successful completion of the master plan, 50 participating city/district governments received awards from the Ministry of Communication and Informatics.
Apart from giving awards, this event will also include seminars, physical and virtual exhibitions starting on November 30, 2022, which describe the journey of cities/districts that have participated in the Movement Towards Smart Cities in the last five years.
