Medan<\/strong> \u2013 The 18th APEKSI 2026 National Working Meeting (Rakernas) series not only provided a strategic forum for regional heads but also provided a first-hand experience of Medan through a City Tour. Delegates from various city governments were invited to visit several leading destinations representing the city’s rich history, culture, public services, and creative economy potential. This activity was part of an effort to introduce Medan as an inclusive, modern, and culturally diverse city.<\/p>\n

During the tour, participants experienced various city landmarks, from historic areas reflecting Medan’s long history as a center of commerce and culture in North Sumatra, to visits to the Public Service Mall and the Dekranasda Gallery, which showcased service innovations and superior products from local MSMEs.
