The goal is for city governments to have adequate fiscal space to fund various development projects and community welfare programs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This was conveyed by the Chairman of the Apeksi Board of Directors, Eri Cahyadi, when giving a speech at the launch of the book Best Practices Apeksi: Innovation in Alternative Financing for Regional Development and a Knowledge Management Forum discussion in the City of Yogyakarta, Tuesday (10\/12\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Eri explained that in building a city, extraordinary acceleration is needed. However, this acceleration is limited by the fiscal capacity of each region.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, regions must dare to take breakthroughs in financing outside the APBD.
